Privacy and your information
This notice explains how JuiceBuilt Motorsports handles information when you browse parts, save a build brief, request an estimate or proceed with a reviewed order.

Parts requests and shop conversations
A parts request includes your name, email, vehicle and engine, shipping ZIP or country, selected parts, quantities, options and any notes you enter. If you add delivery details, it also includes your shipping address and phone number.
JuiceBuilt uses these details to answer your request, check fitment and availability, prepare a delivered estimate, arrange payment and fulfill an order. Optional delivery details can be left out of the initial request, but complete delivery information is needed before fulfillment.
Submitted requests enter the storefront’s hosted request queue and are processed through JuiceBuilt’s local shop system and Shopmonkey. Authorized shop staff use those records to review and manage your request.
If you arrive through a campaign link, a submitted parts request may include the campaign source, medium and name so JuiceBuilt can understand which campaign led to the request. The request does not include advertising click IDs or a full referring URL.
Payment and fulfillment services
If a reviewed PayPal checkout is offered and you choose to continue, PayPal handles the payment. Required checkout information may include the reviewed order total, order reference and delivery details. JuiceBuilt records payment references, amounts and verified payment status; this storefront does not ask you to enter a card number directly.
When an order is ready for fulfillment, JuiceBuilt shares the order and delivery information needed by the relevant supplier, manufacturer or carrier. Contact or delivery details are not sent to a parts supplier simply because you browse the catalog or add an item to your build.
Information saved in your browser
An essential first-party cookie named jbm_visitor uses a random identifier to help limit automated abuse of parts requests. It lasts up to 30 days and is not an advertising identifier or a login credential. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.
The cart saves selected part IDs, quantities and options in this browser. The site may also save a request or checkout reference so you can return to its status. The build planner saves the brief you enter on this device; saving the brief alone does not send it to JuiceBuilt.
Use the build planner’s Clear saved brief control to remove that brief. You can remove cart items in Your build. To remove the site’s remaining saved references and browser data, use your browser’s settings to clear this site’s data. Clearing browser data does not delete requests or order records already sent to JuiceBuilt. Avoid saving personal information on a shared device.
Images, fonts, videos and links
Product images and fonts may load from supplier or font-provider servers, which receive normal browser connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Social links open Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other external sites under their own privacy practices.
Build videos load TikTok’s player only when you choose to watch. No external advertising or analytics pixel is currently active on this storefront. Shopping and verified purchase events are prepared locally in the browser; this does not itself send them to an advertising platform.
Records and privacy requests
JuiceBuilt keeps request, estimate, payment and order records as needed to run the shop, fulfill orders, provide support and maintain business records. Copies may be held in the storefront, the shop’s local systems, Shopmonkey and the services involved in payment or fulfillment. Clearing your browser does not remove those copies.
Email justin@juicebuilt.com to ask about information associated with your request, request access or corrections, or ask for deletion. Include your request or order reference when available. JuiceBuilt may need to verify the request and explain which records can be changed or removed and which must be retained. Do not email card details, passwords or account keys.
