Flow matched high performance exchange common rail (CR) injectors supporting 60hp up to 180hp, 33% to 93% over. OE quality nozzles are extrude honed for increased flow and atomization. Like all our injectors, these are assembled using OE procedures and fully calibrated and tested to ensure perfect performance. BD-Built Performance injectors are assembled using OE procedures and fully calibrated and tested to ensure perfect operation. Performance injectors increase fuel quantity between 33%-53%, which equates to approximately 60hp-120hp.
