Like any application that makes its way into ICON’s research and development department, the Ford Expedition was examined thoroughly in stock form in an attempt to find where the OE components were limiting performance or could be improved upon. After hours of in-house R&D and thousands of miles of real-world testing a collection of ICON components including front and rear coilovers and upper control arms were organized into two staged suspension systems that each delivers a unique level of performance to the Expedition. A remarkable level of performance is established with the 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDC Valve shocks included in ICON’s Stage 1 system, and only improves with the addition of upper control arms (tubular steel or billet aluminum) in the Stage 2 systems. These systems drastically increase the vehicle’s ride quality, reduce body roll, maximize wheel travel, and provide a lift height range of .75-2.25” to allow for the fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. How do I order these parts?

Add your exact parts and delivery details, then continue to payment. Eligible orders show the final parts, shipping and tax total and a PayPal button here after automatic checks. Freight, oversized, custom and uncertain items go to JuiceBuilt for a quote. You are charged only after approving PayPal; supplier orders are submitted separately after verified payment.

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. The minimum applies after coupons and other discounts.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is calculated before payment.

Online checkout is initially available for US delivery addresses. For other countries, contact JuiceBuilt for a manual quote before payment.

What is the return policy?
