The REDARC Smart Start SBI212 is a battery isolator used as a solenoid priority system to protect the start battery from excessive discharge while the auxiliary battery is supplying non-essential loads. It provides 12-volt DC with the incorporation of 200A of continuous ratings. The SBI212 is designed for extremely heavy-duty operations. It's primarily used in commercial vehicle dual battery systems. It incorporates electronic components to prevent the solenoid from generating high voltage transients. It is better than a diode battery isolator due to the voltage drop associated with diode type isolation. Its low standby current draw and sophisticated fault detection and LED indication of operation warns the user of faults including over-voltage, voltage drop, and excessive current draw conditions. Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. The minimum applies after coupons and other discounts.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.
