Installation is 100% bolt-in, with no need for cutting, drilling, or welding. The kit includes detailed instructions, mounting brackets, and high-grade hardware. UMI offers a budget-friendly 3-point subframe connector designed to prevent chassis flex and reinforce tunnel brace mounts and short mounted torque arms. The 3-point design is compatible with popular short torque arms and reinforces their mounting points under the car to prevent damage. It combines the 2-point bolt-in subframe connector with the center mounting braces of the 3-point setup to create an affordable and effective connector. Constructed of 1-3/4" USA tubing and thick laser-cut mounting points, the tubular design allows for a tighter fit against the vehicle's undercarriage. The connector utilizes the rear control arm mount for increased strength and easy installation, tying popular short torque arm setups together for added protection.
