Heat Screen(TM) solves the problem of heat from engines and exhaust intruding into interiors and components. Heat Screen(TM) offers an excellent way to reflect radiant heat away from a vehicle's interior and because it's flexible and can be trimmed-to-size to protect against excessive heat sources. Constructed of a high temperature resistant fiberglass material, and with a thickness of only .060 in., Heat Screen(TM) features a thermal barrier on one side made of a superior reflective aluminized mylar surface, capable of withstanding direct heat up to 1200°F. Heat Screen(TM) can be used to protect areas where excessive heat can blister paint, where exhaust pipes run close to the fuel tank, and has many other applications including floorboards, body panels, and under carpeting. DEI's Cool Tape(TM) is ideal for sealing and covering seams. Excellent protection for painted surfaces Withstands 1200°F of direct heat Can be secured with adhesive or fasteners Trim to desired length *DO NOT apply directly to exhaust components. How do I order these parts?

Add your exact parts and delivery details, then continue to payment. Eligible orders show the final parts, shipping and tax total and a PayPal button here after automatic checks. Freight, oversized, custom and uncertain items go to JuiceBuilt for a quote. You are charged only after approving PayPal; supplier orders are submitted separately after verified payment.

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is quoted in your reviewed estimate before payment.

Online checkout is initially available for US delivery addresses. For other countries, contact JuiceBuilt for a manual quote before payment.
