Product details

This kit features a set of spacers of varying thickness that are used to change and adjust the tension of the CVT drive belt in a Polaris RZR XP-Turbo. Also eliminated, is the need to use the factory circlip and recessed washer. A properly adjusted drive belt will help maintain desired gear ratios, will eliminate vehicle creeping at idle and will allow for smoother shifting and drive gear engagement. It can extend the life expectancy of the drive belt and can help compensate for belt wear and manufacturing variances in the belt and other clutch components. Belt Life Extender Kit

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.
