Simple Installation: This DPF-back exhaust system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. OE Fit: OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Flow and Performance: This Large Bore-HD DPF-back exhaust system is constructed of 3" to 3-1/2" mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. 5" Diameter Black Intercooled Tip: Finishing off the exhaust is a 5" diameter, black, stainless steel slash cut tip with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe POWER logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style. Fitment Note: Crew Cab / 5'7" Bed (140" Wheelbase), Crew Cab / 6'4" Bed (149" Wheelbase), Quad Cab / 6'4" Bed (140" Wheelbase) Note: This system requires cutting behind the DPF unit. How do I order these parts?

Add your exact parts and delivery details, then continue to payment. Eligible orders show the final parts, shipping and tax total and a PayPal button here after automatic checks. Freight, oversized, custom and uncertain items go to JuiceBuilt for a quote. You are charged only after approving PayPal; supplier orders are submitted separately after verified payment.

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is quoted in your reviewed estimate before payment.

Online checkout is initially available for US delivery addresses. For other countries, contact JuiceBuilt for a manual quote before payment.
