Mishimoto has developed a cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke. If your 6.0L Powerstroke came with a plastic intercooler pipe and you are tired of it blowing off the intake manifold or are nervous it is going to burst under boost, the Mishimoto intercooler kit is a perfect fit for your truck! The factory pipe and boot features numerous restrictive bends and does not stand a chance against the heat and pressure of your high-powered 6.0L; upgrade to the Mishimoto kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance. The Mishimoto Cold-Side Pipe is constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum with a polished finish and eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. The minimum applies after coupons and other discounts.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is calculated before payment.
