BD Diesel Performance is unique among its peers in that it designs, manufactures and distributes a wide range of products specifically engineered for performance diesel applications. Located in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, BD's state-of-the-art facility covers 65,000 square feet, and employs 60 plus highly-trained individuals. The BD name became recognized in 1989, when the company introduced the first exhaust brake for the burgeoning diesel pick-up truck market. BD's roots, however, actually date back to 1972, when Valley Fuel Injection, Ltd. first opened its doors. Today, Valley Fuel Injection and BD Diesel Performance are one, with eight specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components: Fuel Injection Calibration Department, Exhaust Brake Manufacturing, Electronic Circuit Design and Assembly, Transmission and Torque Converter Design and Remanufacturing, Turbocharger Design, Installation and Research and Development. BD's comprehensive approach to the diesel performance aftermarket ensures not only quality products, but educated dealers and satisfied customers. Thank you for your interest in BD Diesel Performance! Designed for 1994-2007 5.9L Dodge trucks, the Super B Single supports modified applications making 250-425 rwhp. Featuring Borg Warner's unique Extended Tip compressor wheel technology and low inertia, full-floating journal bearings, these turbos utilize BD's unique dual-volute turbine housing. This proven design utilizes low rpm exhaust pulses for improved turbine response, while the dual-action waste gate bleeds off turbine drive pressure from both volutes. BD's turbo systems also feature a heavy-duty waste gate actuator that prevents premature opening caused by high exhaust pressure. You can even fine-tune for ambient temperature and barometric pressure changes using BD's adjustable waste gate control. The Super B single offers quick spool-up, cooler EGT's and no compressor surge. All kits come with everything you need to allow for an easy install. How do I order these parts?

Add your exact parts and delivery details, then continue to payment. Eligible orders show the final parts, shipping and tax total and a PayPal button here after automatic checks. Freight, oversized, custom and uncertain items go to JuiceBuilt for a quote. You are charged only after approving PayPal; supplier orders are submitted separately after verified payment.

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. The minimum applies after coupons and other discounts.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is calculated before payment.

Online checkout is initially available for US delivery addresses. For other countries, contact JuiceBuilt for a manual quote before payment.
