Product details

aFe POWER Twisted Steel Long Tube Headers are engineered to maximize exhaust flow for increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response. Constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, these headers provide exceptional strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance. The optimized unequal-length tube design enhances exhaust scavenging while creating the iconic boxer rumble. Formed collectors reduce turbulence and improve exhaust velocity, while factory-style laser-cut flanges provide a secure, leak-free seal. Featuring 100% TIG-welded construction, the Twisted Steel Headers are designed for a direct-fit installation using factory exhaust locations with no cutting or modifications required—proudly engineered and manufactured in the USA. BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few things to know.

How do I order these parts?

Add your exact parts and delivery details, then continue to payment. Eligible orders show the final parts, shipping and tax total and a PayPal button here after automatic checks. Freight, oversized, custom and uncertain items go to JuiceBuilt for a quote. You are charged only after approving PayPal; supplier orders are submitted separately after verified payment.

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. The minimum applies after coupons and other discounts.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is calculated before payment.

Online checkout is initially available for US delivery addresses. For other countries, contact JuiceBuilt for a manual quote before payment.
