Product details

BBK Varitune cat back exhaust systems feature BBK Varitune mufflers that have a patented adjustable power valve inside that allows full adjustment of the exhaust flow through the mufflers chambers for a great sound and added performance. This adjustment is made at the rear of the muffler with a wrench by either moving the valve in or out. Once you are happy with the level of sound, it is locked in place with the Varitune locking nut. All of the Varitune power valves are made with stainless steel for lasting durability and smooth operation. These patented BBK Varitune exhaust systems allow you to personalize the power and sound levels of your car 8-10 decibels and 10-15 horsepower. This kit is built with aluminized steel with brushed stainless steel tips. Each Kit is a direct bolt on replacement for the restrictive factory exhaust. NOTE: Does NOT fit convertible applications. BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few things to know.

How do I order these parts?

Add your exact parts and delivery details, then continue to payment. Eligible orders show the final parts, shipping and tax total and a PayPal button here after automatic checks. Freight, oversized, custom and uncertain items go to JuiceBuilt for a quote. You are charged only after approving PayPal; supplier orders are submitted separately after verified payment.

Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is quoted in your reviewed estimate before payment.

Online checkout is initially available for US delivery addresses. For other countries, contact JuiceBuilt for a manual quote before payment.
