The Heavy-Duty Bar & Plate Construction All-Aluminum Cast End Tanks have been Pressure Tested at 120 psi for Maximum Reliability in Extreme Boost Applications. This intercooler is a true "Drop-in Fit" installation with precise OEM-Style inlet/outlet connections and requires no modifications. In addition, each cooler comes finished in CSF's Thermal Rejection Powder-Coating for greater cooling performance and a sleek OEM+ look. Thermal Rejection coatings offer up to 15% improvement in heat dissipation over non coated intercoolers. CSF Heavy Duty Intercoolers are the perfect upgrade for your Silverado/Sierra HD. Does a part number guarantee vehicle fitment?

No. Product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer application information for your exact vehicle, engine and supporting modifications. Online checkout requires your exact-part fitment acknowledgment. Contact JuiceBuilt before ordering if you need fitment help.

Is the stock shown reserved for me?

No. Availability is a dated supplier snapshot. Inventory can change, and adding a part to your build does not reserve it. Availability and delivery are checked again before payment. A supplier order is confirmed separately after payment.

What about shipping?

Eligible standard-size parts orders with a parts subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

The same $100 minimum applies to all brands, including Aerospace Components.

Oversized and freight items are excluded from free shipping at every subtotal, including carbon doors, hoods, trunks and similar large panels. Their shipping charge is quoted separately before payment.

Shipping for orders below $100 is quoted in your reviewed estimate before payment.
